 カウンターが表示されません。

- ビルダー使用者です。テンプレートをお借りしてサイトを作っていたのですが、どのページに忍者ツールから借りたカウンターを設置してみても、表示されませんでした。
カウンターを表示したかったページは以下のソースなのですが、何か表示できない原因があるのでしょうか。
